Here at Cotown, we’re committed to safeguarding your data.

Under GDPR, you have the right to request account deletion. We made this feature available directly from within the app in your profile settings.

Please note that legal and/or public interest reasons will require data retention, namely the coin transactions from your account to the Shops.

Your personal informations in these transactions will be removed, but the transactions will remain.

When you start the account deletion process, you have 30 days to change your mind. After this period, every personal information will be removed from our platform.

Upholding GDPR ensures your privacy rights are respected, building trust while meeting legal obligations.
